Arrived home on Sunday night to find my heating system was not working. A heater not working is not good during the winter in the mountains of North Carolina.
Have not enjoyed the service of my previous heating guys (hard to contact and always finding something that needs replacing and costs money), so I called Boone Heating on a Sunday night and Jerry (the service manager) answered. I told him I didn't need anyone that night but sure could use someone the next morning by 10 a.m.
Kenny had called and arrived. After surveying the system and testing a few things, he quickly found the problem and fixed it with no parts required. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and was a true professional. These guys will be my heating and AC guys from now on.

Thanks so much for the great job that you did at our condo in installing a new Heat Pump System. Though the conditions were extreme the installation was done quickly and to top standards all as agreed to. The place was left clean and all appears excellent.
Our power bill for end of December through January was 45 percent less than last year with much colder weather.
